If there are a large number of problems we could do it on like the Tuesday after Welcome Week or something like that, but then we'd likely have to have it at night (and hence probably not at a bar) since scheduling (classes) would be a nightmare. We could also go to like, Boston Pizza or something (:
If there aren't that many, well, we could meet twice. lol

Stupid logistics. *shakes fist*
As far as I know right now I'm free almost every night.
Anyone have a preference? Feona says the weekend, I'm fine with that (September 12th). Anyone else?

Waaay too many MI users are reps or first years. Anything during WW is a no-go.
A whole bunch of people (myself included) don't move back to Hamilton until September, so that makes it hard too.
What you're going to have to do Mowicz, is pick a day. If people can come they will, if they can't they can't. If you ask too many people for preferences you don't get anywhere.

Okay, how about the two consective weekends after WW. That way, people can pick one or even come to both. :] Or something.

I'm all for that. Any ideas for the venue and/or time of day?

Evenings suit the most people.
However, Pheonix would be out after 9pm (and isn't open Saturday)

I have a couple night classes, but no need to make special accommodations just for me. Once this is all planned and set it should be posted as an announcement. ^-^

With how often people leave on weekends (especially first years) it'd probably be better to do it during the week near the beginning of the year when the workload is still extremely light.
The DC++ get together were mostly impromptu ("i'm going to commons" "so am I" *some other bored ppl join in and a meeting happens*) and the people I met weren't that bad... Except for this annoying emo Asian kid... :p
