If you're talking specifically about having your education being considered as "qualifying educational program", requiring 10 hours per week or more, then yes, you qualify; tabulate the hours on your time table up and it should be greater than 10 hours per week. Additionally, even if this isn't so, full time is considered 'elligible', meaning 18 units or more per term.

Your initial post says you need to write in the hours per week or per month...so just write what they actually are, without worrying about what they're "supposed" to be. More than likely there's some minimum cutoff, since program hours van vary widely, and as long as you're above the cutoff (which you should be if you're registered in a full courseload), you're fine. If you don't meet the required hours and say you do, then lying on an RESP application probably has consequences associated with it anyways.

Full-time Students: Students registered in at least 24 units of courses are considered full-time students. Students registered in Medicine or Midwifery programs are also considered full-time students.
