They either changed it or I'm recalling incorrectly, either is a possibility but its probably the later. I probably didn't pay too close attention to the requirements b/c I completed 30 units so it didn't matter to me personally.
I found what I was looking for:
Its from a program specific requirements page though so it may not apply to every program in Humanities but it says:
30 units from the Level I program completed prior to admission into the program
This may not be true of every program though but I found it in the course calendar so just find your major in the course calendar and it will tell you. You have to find your faculty and see which degree programs they offer and click on the requirements for the specific program you want. In there it will say something like above probably, either you will or will not need to have 30 units from your Level 1 program completed prior to admission to the program.
