From what I've heard, those courses are just high-school level or just a little more than that, so you should be able to cope.

Oh, no, definitely not! Even Math 1A03 (which is generally accepted as harder) starts off at high school level. So you should definitely be good with those, if you're thinking of taking one of them! Good luck!

Well this year math 1A03 started with integral calculus, which I don't think is high school level... at least not for me lol. They didn't review differential calculus until later.

Yeah. O___O I realized that later (that some people hadn't covered it). I did the A Levels and we had covered like a half of what we learned in 1A03, so basically 60% of the course was review for me.

1M03 make sure you get McLean or Yasinzski, not Moore if they are still teaching that next sem.

Lets correct this post. Make sure you get McLean if you have 1M03. The other 2 are absolutely brutal. I had to go see McLean every other day for extra help since I was so lost because I had Yazinski.

If you thought Yazsinski was brutal... please... Moore was way worse. I had to self teach myself everything. When I went to Yazsinski's review, it felt like God was teaching me math.

Lol yeah.
We had to derive in both integration by parts and substitution, and then eventually, we reviewed how to derive in 10-15 min. TBH, it's really assumed knowledge, since you had to have taken Calculus and Vectors (MCV 4U), in which your teacher was very unlikely to skip most of Calculus.
