It's on the pathway to Commons, in that small tunnel in the basement!

go to the far staircase closest to the cafe, go right down into the basement,
when you exit the door take an immediate right,
go through the next door, and just after the corner its on the right side. I think its labelled "mens laundry" but that doesnt matter lol

if you get lost, just ask your floor RA and they can show you
