Western vs Mac Soccer Tonight at 8pm! AKA THE TEAM THAT ACTUALLY BEAT Wilfred Laurier Last weekend 3-1!

But I have a random question!

Why does everyone watch football when they are a decent but at best a top 8 team and no one promotes or watches Mac Rugby?

They've won the championship 5 times in the last 7 years or so including last year!

Even this year they are Pwning the opposition despite missing most of their good players temporarily to National/State championships!

Possibly yes; Its a much more simpler game then football once you spend 10-15 minutes watching it though! Its just: 1) You can only pass it backwards 2) You can kick it forward

Plus its actually "tougher" then Football Imo. The Scrum actually has no shoulder pads...you don't have helmets and you get tackled headfirst and not intercepted!

I <3 rugby as much as football.

But it definately is less popular for some reason.

Rugby is amazing... it's an intricate sport though, but if you put the time in to learn all the intricacies and the details of the strategies used, it's a super exciting sport to watch.

I make a point to watch the Mac Rugby teams at least once per year, and they never disappoint.
