As long as you confirmed it once before the deadline (July 30th) you'll get your MacID in the mail.

I don't think reconfirming your PA changes anything. I'm pretty sure they go by the date that you originally confirmed your PA.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

That's correct. The first time you confirm your PA it's called confirming. If you ever "reconfirm" it's actually called amending.

Hey the office will have your card in. I went in two days before welcome week to get my picture taken and it's put on the card right then and there. You stand against a wall and they take your picture with a camcorder.

Yep, but if you sent in a picture, then they should be ready there! You'd just have to pick it up yourself, instead of it being mailed :(
