Hey guys, having a problem adding money to my meal plan.
I know the website is https://mealacct.mcmaster.ca/ and I have added money to my meal plan before so its not my first time.
Basically, if I click on any options it says "Access Denied". It will not even let me log in. I even tried to log in on my room mates computer and no luck. Can anyone verify if there is something wrong with the website or is it just me?

Try going to hospitality service (in commons) in person....

I tried that, and it wasn't very helpful. The responses I got were along the lines of "your problem, you solve it".

Be more assertive. McMaster employees are unionized and don't give two shits about actually helping students. Tell them you're not leaving until you get an answer. Maybe then they'll stop doing their nails/browsing YouTube and actually do something.

I think it's just down for the day..maybe try accessing the site tomorrow?

I just experienced this problem as well - guess the site's down. I hope they fix it soon, i only have 10 bucks left on there!
