Alright, hypothetically if I wanted to change my program from Majoring in social sci and Minoring in comp sci, to Majoring in Comp sci and Minoring in soc sci, how/ when is the earliest possible I could do this?

If your considering this then go talk to an academic advisor ASAP from either department I guess. They will explain to you exactly what needs to be done.

Anyone know a surefire way to get in contact? I called the number and extension listed but it continually gives me busy messages then hangs up on me. And I sent a batch of emails but I got only the automated response. I feel like this isn't gonna end well...

Maybe you should try going into the engineering office (which comp.sci falls under) in JHE and talk to one of the counselors there.
I think they actually prefer since they get over 9000 emails a day.
