minoring in economics
i am currently in third year commerce thinking of minoring in economics, do u know if some of your commerce credits (econ 1b03, econ 1bb3, etc) can count towards the economics minor as well as for the commerce major

Yup, they definitely do. They're the only two first year economic courses available and they would have to.

You only need an additional 3 econ courses.

thank-you and do you just have to declare the minor when you graduate or do you have to apply?

I thought 3D03 and 3Z03 were incredibly easy, but that's just me.

2D03 and 2H03 with Rashid Khan are both interesting courses and pretty easy. Great prof.

I don't like how Khan teaches :/ Yes, it's easy because there are past tests to study from, but I feel I learn nothing from the course. I took 2D03 with O'Shaughnessy in the summer. Interesting course, awesome prof IMO.
