Go to Erindale station and take the GO Train and get off at Union Station (I think it's the last stop)

You can also take the 21 (Milton) bus

takes you to a whole bunch of stops in Mississauga, including Square One, Erindale, Cooksville, Meadowvale etc.
from Union Station

Go to google maps
Press 'get directions'
Type in start and end point
Select transit travel type (second button)
Hit get directions.

26/76/3 from Square One goes to Islington + TTC to Bloor + then to Union
although it's very time consuming, you only have to pay a Mississauga Transit bus ticket + $2 fare for students
