Instead of answering no (because I live in Scarborough, Toronto), I pressed yes. This is most definitely the reason why my funding summary is ~$4000 less than last year's.

I've already contacted Mac's financial office regarding the need for change. However, am I supposed to resubmit the application, signature pages and supporting documentation?

I've pretty sure you just have to fill out a form to notify a change in your application. I'm pretty sure SFAS has copies of the form in their office (or outside their office in those folder things.
