If you DO know what context I am using it in, then you know I am not making fun of the mentally challenged.
Saying something and meaning it are two entirely different things.

U of T's ROSI is just as bad, if not worse.

I've used ROSI to help my brother get into courses, it's a lot worse than MUGSI/SOLAR in my opinion. Atleast with MUGSI/SOLAR you only have to get in, then you can choose your courses. With ROSI you have to choose your course, hopefully the system isn't full, accept the course, hopefully the system isn't full and you have to do this for every single course. If the system is full when you are accepting you have to start all over again.

UBC's system is also crap. However, Guelph's is really good.
Maybe the further down you are in prestige the better the system works? A kind of ironic slap in the face?

The best is when you spend an hour just getting into MUGSI. Inside your head its "YES FINALLY!!"
Then you realize that you actually have to get into SOLAR which is within MUGSI. So then the stupid click fest of getting into SOLAR begins, but alas after 40 minutes you are in "YAY TIME TO PICK COURSES!!!"
So you spend a bit of time making sure you have the correct courses and the electives that you want and finally you think you are finished....
NOT SO! You soon realize that you spent more than 5 minutes selecting your courses, and that your original 45 minutes on MUGSI has ran out long ago due to the stupid battle that was getting into SOLAR.
So the whole process was pointless and you have to start all over. So close but still so far.
