My Roomate Cancelled His application
Does this mean i get the room to myself. Or a new roomate?

They will be finding you a new roommate. There is a long wait list of people waiting to get into residence.

It might seem nice at first, but having a roommate is actually fun. I mean, if they're cool and all lol.

Not true at all. If you're living in a double with your roommate living right next to you, it can be terrible. Not only do you have no privacy, by if you don't get along with your roommate, that can be 8 months of hell to live through.

I'm sharing a room at home right now and I wouldn't want to repeat that on res, at first. But I agree. If you're the type of person who gets lonely, or you have friends on a different floor or building, a roomate can be a great thing
