OSCAR has job listings...you search through them and can apply to whichever ones you want/feel you qualify for. Sometimes the employer wants you to email them directly to apply, other times you can upload your resume/cover letter/other necessary documents onto OSCAR and apply from there.
OSCAR is also where you apply to get into a co-op program.
The work-study application is to see if you qualify for the work-study program--you must demonstrate financial need to qualify. There's a section of jobs listed on OSCAR specifically for people who have been approved for the work-study program.
Neither of these things guarantees you a job. You have to search and apply to jobs yourself.
