I had quite a few big ones but none come to mind at the moment.

FYI: Don't bring it to Titles for that. They'll check it in and keep it for a few days just to run a 3 minute diagnostic.

On behalf of my drunken roommate:
"How do you fix a macbook that you found in your toilet after you wake up after a long night of partying?"
It made my day on so many levels when he plugged it in and it sizzled.

Rofl. The way the Apple 'Geniuses' explain it you'd think it was the magical fix everything!
Too bad such a button doesn't exist.

I'd also like to add, even though it isn't a tech question.
But you should really let your clients know how to keep their mac's protected from damage.
ie. MacBook(Pro) laptop cases (the unibody ones) sleeves, etc... as well as for their iPads.
A little care goes a long way, and for a laptop that can be anywhere from 1000 to ~2700, it would be worth spending the $50 to protect from scratches and internal damages.

How do you right click? I know that when you copy and paste, you just highlight it and then go to Edit for the copy/paste actions, but how do you right click for other purporses?

You should change your title too if you're trying to disappear.
Edit: I do like the new avatar though.
