Seriously on Topic this Time: 2 topics you should cover with any new computer users on any OS, are 'Dealing with Crises' and 'Computer Maintenance'.

Obviously the first topic deals with how to deal with/prevent viruses, hardware failure, etc.

The Second topic would go over things like how often you should defrag your hard drive, run virus scans, get rid of useless old files, how often you should open up and dust the inside of desktop computers, etc. You might even want to cover basic tasks like how to clean out your keyboard that has 6 years worth of hair, grease, and chip crumbs in it. Seriously keyboards are disgusting... I dare everyone who is reading this from a desktop PC to turn your keyboard upside-down and shake it to see all the crap that falls out...
