What about short term course in mobile app development? Can't I make a mobile app? games?

I planned to do my mobile app development from Cestar College, Toronto ( www.cestarcollege.com ). Can I build the mobile app like games (I love gaming) with the course? How about syllabus coverage? Or do I need to go for online courses? Recommend some websites. please!!
