No marks before exam
Currently I'm taking this course and so far we've completely about ~50% of our overall mark through a combination of a midterm and assignments. The thing is no one has received any marks because either it hasn't been marked yet or something or the other.
So I was just wondering if anyone has been in a course where they did not know a single mark before entering their exam. And yes I am aware of that policy of a certain percentage of grades being given to student before the course drop date.

I would go to the department and complain. That's not fair, the policy is in effect for a reason. I've never had this problem, but if I did, I would talk to someone.

That basically sums up what I've learned this semester

You'll have a déja vu then in your capstone course. Trust me.

Not sure. But he is this year.
I think it varies year by year, depending on who's available. In previous years it was Dr. Lawford.

I was hoping for MvM but apparently he only oversees Game Design :(.
Anyways I just spoke with a 4th year sfwr embedded and their capstone is not going to well...I wonder why that could be...

Similar Question:
My 4th class consisted on an in class presentation and essay (25%), class participation (15%) and a final 15 page essay (60%)... so far most of us have not received any marks because presentations have been ongoing throughout the semester and some of us just presented last week.. however, the 60% essay is due this friday (dec.3rd)... isnt there some policy that does not allow assignments or tests etc to be due the week before exams? or has the test ban not started yet...
Thanks!
