I don't know about anyone else, but I grew up with Miyazaki's films. They were like Disney movies to me as a kid, but a bit more awesome.

The only ones I remember was Princess Mononoke and Kiki's Delivery service (oh and I think I watched Spirited Away but I don't remember anything about it)

He makes good movies though.

Not exactly from childhood, but it's really nostalgic. My heart aches when I hear this song (cheesy but true):

It happens for this song, Sanctuary ~after the battle~, and almost any Twilight Town and Sunset Terrace music. Really, really deep stuff for anyone who's played the game.

This game really touched my heart somehow. It actually has meaning, unlike most of the other stuff flying off the shelves. It brings back a flood of memories, and it pains to know I can't relieve them anytime soon because my PS2 is wrecked and 3000 miles away.

My childhood always feels so incomplete when this stuff gets brought up, I watched like none of it :(

I'm making up for it by being obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba now though. Not nostalgia, but probably the greatest kids show ever.

It also has musical performances by The Shins, MGMT, Taking Back Sunday, Of Montreal, Mos Def, Chromeo, The Ting Tings, The Roots, etc.

It's never too late to start watching it . Haha. If only you'd have told me that some 11 years ago!
