Chem and bio it is up to you. I like notebooks because it keeps everything in order but I paste in the hand out sides before class whcih can be a lot of work.
Physics I say binder. makesure to staple together each lecture before you put it in.
math 100% notebook
psych you don't need one. write all over that coursewear. You can't sell it or pass it on so destroy it.
econ I did all on my computer b/c I did not really need to take a whole lot of notes.
