Hi everyone, I was interested in applying for nursing at mac after my first year. I wanted to apply to MoMac nursing and came across their questionnaire. These were the following questions: Describe how you learn best? Describe how the unique approach at Mcmaster will help your learning? We are interested in your ability to self-evaluate. Describe a situation(s) which prompted you to identify your strengths and limitations. what are they?
So basically, I kind of have outlined answers but I wanted to know how I should approach in writing these questions? What kind of answers do they look for? Should I write this diplomatically?

Honestly, write from your heart. They want you to recognise that McMaster has a self-directed and problem-based learning model. You will often be expected to work in groups and cooperatively. They want to see that you have put some thought into this and how you will fit with their learning model. McMaster's nursing program is competitive, so they use this supplementary application to weed out anyone who might not be taking their application seriously.

You really shouldnt be asking others how to answer questions that are directed at you. By reading through the job application, you should be able to pick out the type of person they are looking for, and if not, you should know the skills needed for the job if you are applying for it

Think of them as typical interview questions.
Or typical for FHS.
