I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but I haven't received an email from OSAP since June. Is this a problem?

Just keep checking the website... can't even remember the last time (if ever) that I received an e-mail from OSAP. Throughout the summer there have been updates that I've seen but was never notified of by e-mail.

I've checked the site and for a while it just says it has been "updated with additional information and funding recalculated"

Also, I haven't recieved anything in the mail even though my friend got a letter telling him when/where to pick up OSAP.

I haven't had any emails in a while either. As long as it doesn't still say on the page that they're waiting for your signature pages then your OSAP should be ready to pick up soon...
If you go to the page Total OSAP Issued to Date when you first log onto your account then you can see if your loan has been issued yet. In my last email I got from the school they said you can pick up your OSAP 5 days after the "date issued".
