OSAP Declaration Pages
So, I am going into second year but I totally forget what you do with the declaration pages that need to be signed by you and your parents/guardians.
Do you send them to OSAP or do you send them to McMaster? And when do you need to send them by? I completed my OSAP application on the 26th of June.

-___- Not exactly, haha. But I have a feeling there is an address on there or information that will clearly answer my question. Thanks haha.
Edit: Oh yeah, does anyone know when you need to send them by?

Last year, i am pretty sure i sent them to McMaster. I ended up mailing my papers a month after I completed the online application, so as long as you dont wait too long to mail them in, i think you will be fine. But like FireDragonX said - just read the papers. They should tell you!

If you are doing a full year it's like 90 days before the end of that year. But they have to receive it by July 17th in order to get a renewal on the QEII scholarship (if you achieved a 9.5+)

The only thing I can think of is to mail him the forms and have him sign it and mail it back...

"In addition, there are deadlines by which you must provide the declaration and signature pages or funding will not be released. If you are planning to take a one-term program, the pages must be received by your financial aid office within the first 30 days of your study period. If you are planning to take a two- or three-term program, the pages must be received no later than 90 days before the end of your study period. In order to be considered for the Queen Elizabeth II Aiming for the Top Scholarship, your declaration and signature pages must be received by July 17, 2009."

Probably not... I'm assuming it'll take a really long time to get the signatures from your father. However, I'm not sure if July 17th is the same day as first years.
