OSAP - Status Question
In the beginning on the month (July) I had submitted my application online, though I had forgotten to send in the signed pages. I received a letter in the mail concerning the issue of the missing documents – I signed them and sent them out. Now that it’s passed July 15th I had assumed that when I log onto OSAP I would be able to check my status and see how much they are willing to give me, however the problem is that they’re saying that I am missing the documents that I have already sent it – which I had sent on time. Does this mean I am not going to receive anything – or does it take time for them to update? I know this isn’t your problem, but without OSAP I cannot go to school, and just the thought of it itself hurts. Thank you.

It takes time for them to process the information. You'll probably have to wait until the first week of August, maybe a bit later. It took them 3 weeks to process my information when I first applied back in the beginning of June. So, it's probably busier at this time and will require a month, maybe a bit more to process.

I would call the Financial Aid office rather than wait till the first week of August, if it's a problem then you can fix it now rather than later. If it's not a problem then you can put your mind at ease

Thank you so much. I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow morning, just to make sure. =)
