parties first year COMMUTERS can go to?
or is it only people in rez that can party lol

You can technically go to any party you get invited to (or not invited if you roll like that).....just make sure you take note of when the last bus/train/ride leaves so you can get home or arrange to stay at someone's place.....just don't D&D

Prolly going to have to stay the night at the party or a friend's because most busses don't run at 1am, or whatever.

if you have the choice,stop commuting and live off campus...one of the best university experiences ever. Then again you're probably not mature enough.....judging by the lame question.
