yup, you can do that on mugsi.
just go to student accounts and cashiers and then there should be an option to pay. if you're on campus tomorrow (Saturday), Titles bookstore is open from 11am to 3pm and you can pay for your remaining balance with debit, cash, or cheque at the cashiers.

You only need to pay it off at the end of April - if you don't pay it off then, you won't see your final grades and won't have access to transcripts or anything like that. Your deadline for payment is the end of April.

Can't be waived.... every penny counts.
You can definitely go in with the change and pay it off though.

Which is stupid because they often overcharge me by about 50 cents since they don't carry change.

Yeah definitely go into Titles and give them the 16 cents. Just make sure you know the exact amount before going in b/c they can't check for you, just take the payment and apply it to you account.

Yeah.
Every time I pay on my student account I go to the cashier at Titles, tell them and they ask how much and I pay. It's fast and easy.

you could also pay it online through mugsi..I have payed using online banking..it;s fast, convenient and shows your account balance immediately. This is completely awesome when you want a reassurance that your pending account balance shows 0 there.
