Hello, I'm having a little problem with my payment agreement atm. At the end of August, I paid the amount that was due for my first term at McMaster. But right now, my student account balance still has a 50.0 beside it. Does that mean I still owe them 50 dollars, or my account has an extra 50 dollars right now? Thanks for any help .

You have to pay $50 more I think.

+ive values mean you owe them.
-ive values mean they owe you(you get a cheque at the end of the year if you have a -ive balance)

I'm pretty sure you can also go to Student Accounts and Cashiers to get whatever money they owe you sooner.

maybe that is why.... my student account also seems 'wrong'.. .but i will just wait and see what happens

I was so sure I paid everything off exactly, and if I recall correctly, my balance was at zero last week. Now for some reason, I owe them an extra bit.
