wait now I am confused you said in your earlier posts that "The August 15th date is only for people using cheque payments to allow us enough processing time before September 1st." And I am planning to pay by cheque the entire amount, I am not taking OSAP so it is okay to go into Gilmour Hall on August 30th and drop off my cheque for the entire amount of tuition?

You must bring your valid McMaster student id card, proof of social insurance number (e.g. sin card or photocopy), valid government photo id (e.g. Ontario photo health card, driver's licence, Canadian passport, BYID card, citizenship card, permanent resident card, etc) and a void cheque/banking information with you to pick up your funding.
on the top is said.. "and a void cheque/banking information with me.. to pick up my funding.." what kind of information is that?

The whole August 15th date is confusing me.

I'm paying by online banking in full and my payment is due September 1st. Obviously August 15th has passed so the continual mention of it is scaring me.

I know I should send my payment in via internet banking sooner than Sept 1st for it to be processed but I didn't have to send anything post-dated prior to August 15th did I. I could send my online banking payment today post-dated to September 1st and that would be okay right? I didn't miss a deadline did I?

It's your Payment Agreement. So $500 is still shown on there because it's just indicating that you've agreed to pay $500 by September 1st. It won't indicate whether or not you've already paid that amount...now, that's what your Account Statement is for.

Late payment?
I just made a payment with online banking of $6661.05, but it said it would get withdrawn from account on September 2nd, and Mac would get it on the 3rd. I think this is because of the long weekend. Am I going to get late fees now?

Ya, I'm in the same situation as you, I have to pay the $35 late fee. I plan on doing all the payment stuff tomorow when I finish the math test.

When I tried to post-date my online payment to Sept 1st it automatically changed it to Sept 2nd. I hope I'm not made to pay the $35 late fee because of this. I would hope it is realized the September 1st was a holiday and banks were not in operation.
