Picking up textbooks
when we choose the click and collect option for buying our textbooks, do we have to pay online first? or do we pay when we pick them up?

You pay online. You will need a VISA, MasterCard or Amex - unfortunately we don't take student card or debit (including VISA debit or MasterCard Debit) at this time.
