Picking up your keys
On Mac's move-in site they said you should bring a "move-in residence sample ID card" (along with your photo) when you pick up your keys... what is this exactly? Were we supposed to get it in the mail or print it out?

I'm pretty sure it's just a government card like your driver's license or even your MacID card with the sticker on it.

Actually, I think there was a 'sample ID form', but I don't think you necessarily have to bring it. But you do need to bring a separate passport-sized photo of yourself because they need to keep one on record, and also show your student ID card/govt ID.
