Ancelotti seems to have difficulty comprehending the fact that Nicholas Anelka is not Zinedine Zidane. Playing Anelka in the hole ahead of Lampard lol... A Lampard-Drogba-Torres frontline is freakishly amazing, too good to resist imo, but somehow Anelka as a trequartista, a role he has never played in, and doesn't look like he can, is more appealing to Ancelotti.

first was legit, tackled from behind didn't get the ball at all, second was iffy. The replay showed he was barely but clearly offside, szczesny got lucky however diaby shoved two different guys for no reason while szczesny had an excuse because ranger was keeping the ball

doesnt matter if its 1 guy or 2 guys when u take em out like that. it's arsenal kickoff, arsenal ball, barton and wots his face has no excuse for attacking him and the 2nd penalty is no debate of not being a penalty. upon review with a clearer mind though, i agree that the first is debatable and rvp offside. im human, the moment seizes me

i agree, that is strange that ancelotti plays like that. when they got torres i assumed they'd go front three anelka - drogba - torres or something of the sort with lampard in behind them
