Fair play. Messi is probably the best player in the world, but I think Drog and Torres will give them a run for their money.

Drogba has been dealing with malaria this season...
After recovering from injury or illness it takes a while to regain form...ask Rooney. With regards to the run, their form has improved recently, 10 points from the last 6 matches, which is only 4 short of United. It will get better...especially with Torres in the side.

WHY CHELSEA OF ALL PEOPLE?
honestly have to say, I lost some respect for nando not even a liverpool fan and I'm hurting. how can he switch from one (former) top 4 to another? how can chelsea fans just accept that one of their former enemies is now one of their own?
weird, it's too weird. it's like united signing drogba, or barca signing iker.
I bet your weren't thinking the same thing when Michael Owen scored the 4-3 winner for United against City last year deep in stoppage time? A bit hypocritical no?

to be honest I don't have much of an opinion when it comes to owen :|
at the time I celebrated yeah, but year round I'm more like... "meh"
besides that, I was unimpressed when he decided to go play for jamier carragher's testimonial.
i remember when Steven Ireland was actually half decent, now he plays for Newcastle, says it all really.
and btw, Torres to Chelsea is nothing like Barca signing Casillas lol. Barca-Madrid are a lot fiercer rivals than Liverpool/Chelsea, i mean pre-Abrahamovich, there was absolutely no rivalry between them, now that Benitez-Mourinho aren't there anymore, it's even less. Gerrard to Utd is something like Iker to Barca, but Utd don't sign inbred, thick skulled idiots, so that's out of the question
right, the boy who's miserable at your club and about to leave you in a heartbeat given the first chance

okay I admit, could've picked my players better there xD but considering United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool were once TOP4, I couldn't imagine one buying a key player from another.

“I am joining a team that is at the top level. There is not another level after Chelsea. I am joining with big names like John Terry, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka and I can be part of this great team. Now I am very happy to be a Chelsea player.”
my final comments on this drama:
"Legends fight for their success, they don't try and transfer themselves into it."
Manchester United through and through, 20 years of service and unshaking loyalty. One of the Premiership's finest defenders, thanks for the memories.
Gary Neville. Manchester United Legend.
Respect to Neville, one of the few Manchester United Legends that has not jump kicked anybody. On a serious notes, great player and leader. Coaching position for United in the near future?
