Processing my application
When does McMaster usually provide OSAP with their program and cost information in order for the Ministry to process my application?

I don't think anyone knows that, if you really need to know then call McMaster. But as long as you submit your OSAP application before July 15th then it will be a payment option on your payment agreement.

If you're going into second year, then i assume you completed first year? In which case, you have done postsecondary studies before. If you were a full-time student, then yes, you have done full-time postsecondary studies.

You don't need it. It's given to you when you graduate from highschool and is stated somewhere in OUAC.

I didn't have it last year and I still got OSAP. I also don't have it this year, but I haven't sent in my declaration/signature pages yet so I haven't gotten my estimate yet.
