Professor check ?
For any course that I am taking, is there a way that I can check who my professor is?

The profs for all courses should be listed under the Master Timetable.

Then you can check out course reviews with that Prof and get an idea of their teaching style. Another follow up is visiting http://www.ratemyprofessors. com/, where previous students give their take/rating on the prof. It can give you a slight idea, but remember they are just others opinions.

If a prof isn't listed there you can call the department the course belongs to and ask who is teaching the course.

Some people really heavily on lectures to learn and therefore would definitively want to know who's teaching.
