I couldn't find any recent reviews on this prof. What are your opinions on him ?

His tests and assignments are easy. Exam is more challenging. He doesn't explains things well, he just talks. I am assuming this Shintaro Yamaguchi in the Economics Dept you are referring to

Yeah, economics department. I have to choose between him and a course with Leach.
