Software Engineering is NOT programming. Programming may make up about 5% of the entire program, and that's being generous. Software Engineering, like all engineerings, is about the DESIGN of software. Programming is a tool that is used across all disciplines of engineering.

That said, there is a 1st year course in C# as mentioned. There is a second year course on programming languages where C and Java used to be used, but I believe they use OCaml now? 3rd year has an assembly course, but there's not too much programming. The rest of the program is made up of maths, systems and design courses. Programming may help you in some of these courses as a tool, but it's definitely not the focus.
