QUESTION ABOUT LABS! thanks
hey, i was just looking over my timetable, and im wondering if there is any way to tell if my lab is on the first week or second week? if its on the first week, does SOLAR give me the option of moving it to the second week? my chem lab is on a monday right now while my core lecture is on the following day, so wouldnt i be at somewhat of a disadvantage (assuming that the core lectures pertain directly to what you ar edoing in the labs)?

They'll tell you in class which week you are.

You won't know until the first class. You can change it after you know, you have until September 28th for the first term courses.

During my year they started to implement a teaching system that gives all students equal knowledge when entering their labs. Basically they don't teach you the material and everyone takes the labs. During that week they teach you material on the other lab. So it's not a disadvantage other than the fact that you can't get help from people since no one has done the lab. But most of the lab reports are due at the end of the lab.
