Question regarding MSFAA
Hi,
For this 2nd semester, do we have to fill out MSFAA form again? or is this just one time thing?

It's just a one time thing.

"For instance, you won't have to sign a new agreement the next time you apply for student financial assistance (some exceptions apply, for example, if you take a two-year break in study)."
