Hi. I am the first year student.
I got a problem which is my table lamp is broken.
It's really hard for me to do work on my desk.
Who can I ask for help?

fill the form thing out and they should be able to come fix it asap
if you just need a lightbulb then go to the service desk and ask them (i think thats what you do at least haha)

go to commons. theres a service desk near there. better report anything missing/broken asap else u get charged. -curses at mcmaster housing for their stupid chargse on me-

My lamp was broken the entire time I was on residence so I just got a desk lamp/left my lights on all the time.
But deffinetly let them know at the service desk so you don't get charged for that.
last year we also had to post work orders on the McMaster website. You can just google mcmaster university work orders.
