questions about electives for business leve 1
hi, everyone ,i am confused about the electives,so hope to get your help here.

1,what is the range for business1 students to choose their electives
2,as the calendar says 3-12 units Electives to total 30 units. See also the International/Cross-Cultural/Language Menu in this section of the Calendar.

but there is a another note in International/Cross-Cultural/Language Menu : Prior to graduation, students are required to successfully complete two courses from an International/Cross-Cultural/Language menu.
does it mean International/Cross-Cultural/Language Menu a business student must choose two in this menu before graduation? and within 4years or must meet this requirement within i year??

3,are there any easy courses, cause i'd like to transfer to commerce from social science,so i have to keep a high CA (as less essay as possible)

i really appreciate the ones help me here.

Yes, it looks to me like you are required to pick 2 courses from that list. If you're entering first year commerce you obviously can't take the 3rd year ones they list there (yet). So you have to choose whether you want to take two of those classes in FIRST year... and/or you can wait until 3rd year and take two of those 3rd year courses, etc.

If you want to complete that requirement in your first year, you only have 4 to pick from:

ENGLISH 1B03 CULTURAL STUDIES AND VISUAL CULTURE
ENGLISH 1BB3 CULTURAL STUDIES AND CONSUMER CULTURE
GEOG 1HA3 HUMAN GEOGRAPHIES: SOCIETY & CULTURE
GEOG 1HB3 HUMAN GEOGRAPHIES: CITY & ECONOMY

If you don't want essays, then it looks like you're better off not choosing English lol. However, ENGLISH 1BB3 I found interesting and in a way it talks about Marketing which could be useful for you as a business student. I reviewed the course in the 'reviews' section.
