Yep, it'll say it on your grade report as "eligible for..." And you'll get to make your pick on SOLAR before choosing courses.

Oh yea, definitely. You get to do that when you enter SOLAR on your course registration date. It's not that you're automatically put into your first choice or anything

so uhhh, just to be crystal, "eligible for:" means we got in right?! I'm looking to transfer to another program and I was instructed to put it as one of my four major choices on Solar, I know I'm above the grade cutoff so i'm definitely eligible for it, but on the grade report, if i see it, i'm in it?!
Also...this will happen at midnight tonight!? *hyperventilates*

LOL, relax. Yes, eligible for means you got in.
I don't know whether it's at midnight, though. :/ There's a high probability it is, I think.

Yep, "eligible for" means you got in essentially. Also, not sure if it'll show up by tonight. If not, don't freak out and give it till tomorrow just to be sure.
Edit: Faer beat me to it XD

I'm pretty sure SOLAR's going to be full at midnight.
We'll have to pull all stops just to see it asap, even though there's no need to rush.

I thought upper year engineers say that engineers do get forced automatically into their first choice.

I know what you mean, we've all been there .
Ahhh you're right. I always forget about Engineering being the exception to the rules XD

I can't believe I still forgot about how MUGSI gets clogged up on such dates! That's making me dread June 14th all the more!
