The Japan Foundation and The Department of Linguistics and Languages (Japanese program) cordially invite all McMaster students and faculty to a performance of Rakugo, the art of traditional Japanese comic story telling by Katsura Sunshine.
Katsura Sunshine is the only non-Japanese Rakugo performer in Japan, he entertains the audience with a comic monologue, using only a fan and hand towel for props. All stories will be told IN ENGLISH, so you can enjoy traditional Japanese comic monologues for the first time at McMaster!
