residence
Hi, I was just wondering what the residence admission cut-off was this year. It says on the site that in the past years it was 78%. I have already applied for residence and handed in my $600 deposit, but I'm a bit worried that my final average will be either exactly a 78 or lower than that. Will they take away my residence offer? (Also, if it helps the program I'm going into in September requires me to maintain an average of at least a 77%.) :(

If your conditional acceptance states you need to maintain a 77 then that's what you have to do. If you fail to do so, you acceptance will be retracted.

As for residence, I think that the guaranteed residence is only based on the first marks that your highschool sent in. It would be a pain if McMaster has to reimburse everyone on the guaranteed list that dropped below the average that guarantees residence.
