Mine for the past couple days was terrible as well. Constant lost of internet connection, terrible speeds, and really high latency. Though all of today it's been pretty good but not up to the usual speeds. Typically I get around 22-23 Mbps, right now I'm at 16 Mbps.

Try unplugging and then plugging back in the internet box (I like how old people speak it's so cute). If you have a router that might also be the problem. This usually does it for me.

Also how many people share your connection?

I've been having this problem as of a few weeks ago, but I have Bell. o-O;

To be honest, Rogers was the best ISP I've ever used.

Have to wonder if this huge temperature swing might have some effect. I've been getting disconnects as well.
