-Looking for a roomate to fill in final spot for an 8 person, 5 guys 2 girls.
-preferably female.
-Very close to mac 5 minute walk.
-1 room available.
-located on Stroud rd Roomy house big basement big backyard, 2 full bathrooms.
-475 per month rent for a 12 month lease.

Is it quiet and non-smoking? XD I'm having a bad experience with smokers in my current offcampus house... it sucks. I wouldn't want to go through that again lol. Also, are utilities included?
