Oh, I never knew it was so easy to tell if someone is being sarcastic/serious/whatever over the internet, thanks for letting me know. I frankly don't care, if you care or not, nor am I changing anything because of what you think. I've been caught? Haha, you're pretty funny, sometimes.

Back to the topic at hand, everyone. The man is trying to remove a rootkit from his PC.
A rootkit is known for its ability to conceal and self-replicate, OP. So that explains why it reappears every time you restart. I can vouch for ComboFix as people have been suggesting. You could also look into running a complimentary HouseCall scan as TrendMicro is known for their detection rates. Also, make sure that you are running your PC is safe mode when attempting most procedures.
Make sure you're running reliable protection in the future like Microsoft Security Essentials and avoid any websites common sense would tell you. Let us know how you make out.
