schedule conflict?
On my new timetable my French clashes with my English. My English is in 2nd term, but in first term it still says there is a conflict with French. Can anyone tell me why? Is it just warning me that there is a conflict in term 2?

you can't take a year long course (french) and expect it to be fine to take it if it only conflicts with second term... you will fail

You need to change either french or english.

Yes, but the conflict involves both courses and french is a full-year course. Just because you have to click a different button to see what the course conflicts with, doesn't mean it's okay. It's warning you in case you don't look at second term...it would suck if you went all through first term and in December realized there was a conflict.

French is a full-year course, spanning both terms. So you need to make sure it doesn't conflict with a class in either terms.
