Second Year Course Selection!

Hey Guys,
I'm having trouble choosing between one of these courses. i was wondering if anyone took either/or and had any advice as to which one may be better, its just an elective so I'm just looking for something thats fairly easy going and straight forward. I took WS 1A03 so I have a background in both courses as well!

SOC SCI 2Q03 WOMEN AND FAMILY IN CANADA

or

SOC SCI 2R03 WOMEN AND WORK IN CANADA

Let me know all your thoughts on it, thanks!
