Your best bet is to try on the 23rd and see if it allows you. If you can't get on because you're not the correct faculty then you'd be picking classes the next day. If you do want the finite answer, you can call the faculty office if you choose.

I'm in life science, so can I take Bio 2EE3?

According to the prerequisites:
ISCI 1A24; or BIOLOGY 1A03, 1M03 (or 1AA3), CHEM 1AA3 and credit or registration in one of CHEM 2BA3, 2E03, 2OA3, 2OC3; or registration in Level III Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering

So, since you are in life science, I'm assuming you already took Bio 1A03, Bio 1M03 and Chem 1AA3 (successfully). So as long as you are taking Chem 2BA3, 2E03, 2OA3 or 2OC3 this year, you will be allowed to take Bio 2EE3
